If you want one application for the whole service rather than a tool for the sermon, that is a fair argument.
The question worth settling: where does the sermon audio go
Any tool that recognises speech has to send the audio somewhere. Loghema states that audio is processed live and never recorded or stored, and there is no reason to doubt it, but it is a policy rather than a property of the software: on Windows the sound of your service leaves the building to be transcribed.
For a straightforward sermon that may not trouble anyone. For a service with testimony from the floor, prayer requests, or someone describing a difficult week, it is worth a decision rather than a default.
