What SmartVerses costs

PlanPriceWhat you get
Free$0One device, 200 AI credits a week, 2 cloud transcription hours in total, offline transcription, auto Bible detection, basic paraphrase detection.
Standard$12.60/mo billed yearly ($151.20)Two devices, 15,000 credits a month, 30 cloud transcription hours a month, full paraphrase detection, AI slide builder.
Pro$27.00/mo billed yearly ($324)Three devices, 40,000 credits, 60 cloud hours, HD slide images, sermon recap slides.
Ultra$89.10/mo billed yearlyUnlimited devices, 200,000 credits, 200 cloud hours. Marked coming soon.

The free plan is more generous than most, and worth saying so: 200 AI credits a week keeps coming, and offline transcription is included rather than reserved for a paid tier. Two things are worth checking before you settle on it, though. The cloud transcription allowance is 2 hours for the lifetime of the account, not per month. And paraphrase detection — recognising a passage the preacher never announced, which is the hard part and the reason to want this software at all — is basic on free and full only from Standard up.

TajiCast has no credits to spend, no cloud-hour allowance, and full paraphrase detection at no cost. What it does not have is the surrounding suite: SmartVerses does slides, songs, forms and a service timer, and if you want one application for the whole service that is a real argument for paying them.

Where SmartVerses might suit you better

Fair is fair: SmartVerses is a broader presentation suite. Beyond verse detection it also builds service slides, manages songs and lyrics, runs live audience forms, and integrates natively with ProPresenter. If you want one platform that does all of that, SmartVerses offers more than TajiCast, TajiCast concentrates on doing automatic verse detection and display well.
